STAT:24 telephone account access system is equipped with options in both English and Spanish.

With STAT:24, you can get information and perform transactions on all your accounts including:
- Check account and loan balances

- Confirm recent deposits
- Verify if checks have cleared
- Obtain loan payment information

- Speak to a Member Service Representative
- Access STAT:24 by using your Member Number and your STAT:24 PIN. For new accounts, your PIN will be the last 4 digits of your social security number until you change it.
- Be aware of your two-digit Share & Loan Suffixes when making inquiries and transferring funds. If you don’t have these handy, STAT:24 will list the suffixes for you.
- When entering amounts on your phone keypad, make sure to input dollars and cents without the decimal point (e.g. $100.00 must be entered as 10000).
- During computer processing time, which is from 7:30 p.m. to 5:00 a.m., balances and histories may not reflect the most current status of your account(s).
- Transactions made after 7:30 p.m. will be processed the first business day following the date of your call.
